Nick founded GibbonStope to bring a more grounded, human approach to finance. He began his career underground in mining, where trust and structure weren’t optional. Today, he works across property, business and asset finance, helping clients make confident decisions in plain language, with a focus on getting the foundations right.
Having worked in the industry for over a decade, Nick is also a director for the Finance Brokers Association of Australia and a professionally accreditated finance broker. His calm, direct and easy to talk to approach supports clients to make confident, well-structured decisions in plain language. He’s known for getting the foundations right rather than rushing to an outcome.
Outside of work, Nick is a partner, dad to four children, advocate for practical mental health conversations and stays active through yoga, trail-running and mountain-bike riding.
